LOCATION
When you're planning a Group Event in Las Vegas, we know how important the location is to you. Our locations offer great activities, incredible scenery, are within an hour of Las Vegas, and best of all, they offer more than the usual 'party in a banquet hall' atmosphere. Our Group Events will have you outside and interacting with your fellow participants, with nature, and with history.
We have two main locations in Las Vegas for our Custom Events: Valley of Fire and Eldorado Canyon
The Valley of Fire is appoximately 45 minutes from Las Vegas and offers plenty of activities for group events, like rappelling, hiking, and biking. The nearby Overton location (20 minutes) offers ropes course with zipline, ATV Tours, Team Building, Paintball, and more. Covered pavillon with picnic tables, and a fire pit, are perfect for the 'end of the day BBQ'.
Eldorado Canyon is approximately 45 minutes from Las Vegas, and is home to the Techatticup Gold mine, once the largest producing Gold Mine in Southern Nevada. Activities include ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Kayak Tours, Gold Mine Tours, Team Building, Paintball, and more.
Custom Events are also available at Big Rock Candy Mountain in Sevier County, UT, just 30 miles from Richfield UT off Interstate 70. Lodging, Rafting, ATV Tours, Team Building, Hiking, Ropes Course with Zipline, and more available at Big Rock Candy Mountain

STAFFING
The guides involved in your Custom Event are professional, fully certified in their field, and most of all, incredibly entertaining and accommodating. They are experienced in group events and understand how to keep a group moving along without rushing them; encourage people to participate with pusing them, and they are chock full of informative and entertaining facts and folklore about the locations and surrounding areas.
TRANSPORTATION
We can arrange for your group's transportation needs using a variety of local, licensed charter companies. Depending on the size of your event, you could choose Custom Stretch Hummer Limos, Party Buses, Mini Coaches, or Full Size Buses. Prices vary and do fluctuate with the changing fuel prices, so the sooner you lock in your transportation option, the better! You may also provide your own transportation and we will provide Step On Guides to ride with the clients, outline the days events, and make sure all the required paperwork is completed before arrival....leaving the clients more time to enjoy the activities.
PRICING
Pricing for Catering and Bar Service are available by clicking the Menu Tab for Food-Beverages
Pricing for activities and transporation is available by filling out a Group Event Quote Request Form. There are so many variables involved in a Custom Group Event that fixed, published prices are just not practical.
POLICIES
All Custom Events require a deposit of 30% due at time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event
Most Custom Events require 30 days Cancellation Notice for refund minus deposit, some activities may be non refundable. Your proposal will include policies for your requested event.
