    Group Event Bar Pricing


  • NO alcohol is served until all activities (ATVs, Horses, etc.) are over.
  • Bar Service has a minimum charge of $700, regardless of qty of people.
  • Bartender Fee is included in all groups over 50.
  • Bartender Fee is $125 all groups under 50.
  • Bartender Gratuity must be added to total and is 18% of total Service
  • All Packages are based upon plastic drinkware. Glassware is an additional $.75 per glass and a $25.00 delivery fee. $3.00 per glass fee for broken or missing pieces.
  • Sales tax included in per person pricing.
  • Bar Provider is fully licensed with all required permits and licenses.
  • Minors will not be served, and ID's will be checked.

    Entertainment options available can range from a single Acoustic Guitar Player/Singer, to a full band, or even celebrity impersonators...the choice is totally yours. Please let us know on your Group Event Request Form your entertainment choice.

    Another great option is to Light UP the Canyon using a local lighting expert to place special lighting around the area, including your Logo, photos, and more

    Awesome Adventures can arrange for your group's transportation needs using a variety of local, licensed charter companies. Depending on the size of your event, you could choose Custom Stretch Hummer Limos, Mini Coaches, or Full Size Buses. Prices vary and do fluctuate with the changing fuel prices, so the sooner you lock in your transportation option, the better! You may also provide your own transportation and we will provide Step On Guides to ride with the clients, outline the days events, and make sure all the required paperwork is completed before arrival....leaving the clients more time to enjoy the activities.
